is the home of Rhinos , elephants and wild buffaloes , tigers, barashigha deer
, hog deer and a host of other animals and birds. About 430 sq. km. In area
, the park is explored on elephant back.
Nature walks in the forested hills and the visits to native villages where the
people rear silkworms to weave silk material give fascinating insight into the
land and the people apart from the taming wildlife.
Day 1. Delhi - Gauhati - Kaziranga
Fly into Gauhati and drive to Kaziranga.
Day 2. Kaziranga
Jungle excursion , elephant rides and nature walks.
Day 3. Kaziranga
Jungle excursion , elephant rides and nature walks.
Day 4. Kaziranga
Jungle excursion , elephant rides and nature walks.
Day 5. Kaziranga - Gauhati - Delhi
Drive to Gauhati early morning and fly back to Delhi.
